Tariff for 2010

May and October - £560 per week
June and September - £660 per week
July and August - £760 per week

Property rental prices per week include gas, electricity, water and maid service once a week to change bed linen and towels.
Please bring your own beach towels.

On confirmation of availability, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental charge is requested within 7 days to secure your booking.

The balance of rental is due 6 weeks prior to departure.

Travel directions and cottage keys will be forwarded to you 14 days before departure.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
If you have to cancel your holiday, please confirm either in writing or by email as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 6 weeks prior to departure - deposit only
4-6 weeks prior to departure - 50% of total costs
less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of total cost

It is strongly recommended that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance once you have made your booking.

Please also note that young children must be supervised by an adult when near and using the pool.
